In order to serve you better and provide a higher level of security, management would like to bring your attention to the following policies:
Office Hours are as follows:
Monday – Saturday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
Plan to leave by 5:45 pm . We close at 6:00 pm .
- Rules for accessing your storage space/unit.
- All tenants that have storage units in either ‘K’ building or in ‘D’ building will need to sign IN and OUT each time that you visit your storage unit.
- All other tenants will need a passcode to enter and exit the property.
- We are closed the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
- YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN INSURANCE, as we are not liable for damages.
- Rent is due on the FIRST of each month. Late charges will be applied after the 10 th of the month. Your late charge will be ________________. As a reminder, late charges will go into effect on the 11 th of the month.
- All PRELIMINARY LIEN NOTICES and NOTICES OF LIEN SALE must be paid in full by cash, money order or certified bank check. A $15.00 fee will be charged to your account for each certified letter sent to your address(es).
- A WRITTEN NOTICE OF AT LEAST 7-DAYS prior to move-out is required in order to refund your deposit and the unit/space is left broom clean. If less that 7-days, the deposit will be forfeited. The deposit in NOT to be used for rent owed.
- Cash or Money Order upon moving out. We will prorate as follows:
From the 1 st – 7 th (daily prorate)
8 th – 15 th ( ½ months rent due)
16 th – end of month (full months rent due)
- Put your unit/space on ALL CORRESPONDENCE that you send to us.
9. You MUST notify, Lambert RV and Self Storage, in writing, and address and/or phone changes.
- Lambert RV is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNLOCKED UNITS OR RV’S, or any recreational vehicle that is stored outside. You secure your unit with your own lock and are responsible for security of the key that fits your personal lock.
- You will be assessed a $15.00 service charge for checks returned by your bank, for any reason. As a reminder:
Any person who writes a check, which is dishonored for lack of funds, is now civilly liable and can be sued for three times the amount of the check or $500.00, whichever is greater----in addition to the face value of the check, court costs, attorney fees and service costs. All returned checks MUST be paid by cash, money order or certified bank check.
- MECHANICAL WORK AND HABITAION IS PROHIBITED!
- Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE, are any containers and/or materials which are classified as hazardous or toxic under any law or regulation shall be stored. If any of these items are stored in your unit, and damage is caused to the unit, I understand that I will be in violation of the terms in the rental agreement, paragraph one, and will be financially responsible for the repair and removal of such hazardous and/or toxic materials.
- Any discarded trash MUST be put into trash cans. NO unwanted furniture, mattresses and/or large items shall be left in the storage. Tenant is responsible for removal of ALL items stored in the unit.
